Małgorzata Miciak

She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics.

She has over four years of experience in the field of tax advisory. She has carried out tax projects for both small and medium-sized enterprises as well as for the largest companies operating in the Polish financial and insurance sectors.

She specializes in income taxes (CIT, PIT) and VAT. She has actively participated in tax reviews, prepared legal and tax opinions, and drafted submissions in tax and administrative court proceedings.

She is responsible for preparing applications for individual tax rulings, providing comprehensive support to clients in solving tax law issues.

As part of her practice, she has implemented tax reliefs, in particular the R&D tax relief, for companies operating in various industries.
